1. Eligibility for Refunds

 

Refunds are offered at the sole discretion of Docify.online and are only considered under specific circumstances. We review each refund carefully and in this process out customer is our top priority. Generally, refunds are not provided for the following:

 

Consultations: Fees paid for completed online medical consultations are generally non-refundable, as the doctor has provided their professional services. This includes situations where you are dissatisfied with the consultation, the diagnosis, or the treatment plan.
Issued Medical Certificates: Once a medical certificate has been issued by a doctor, the fee is non-refundable. The issuance of a certificate is based on the doctor’s professional medical judgment at the time of the consultation.
Technical Issues: Refunds are not provided for technical issues on your end, such as internet connectivity problems, hardware or software malfunctions, or incorrect use of the Site. We are responsible for maintaining the functionality of our platform, but not your personal devices or internet access.
Missed Appointments: If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing sufficient notice (as specified during booking), no refund will be issued.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided simply because you have changed your mind about the consultation or the need for a medical certificate.
Disputes related to Doctor’s Opinion: We do not mediate disputes regarding the medical opinion, diagnosis, or treatment plan provided by a doctor. Such matters are solely between you and the consulting doctor.
2. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Considered

 

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances, at the sole discretion of Docify.online:

 

Duplicate Payments: If you have been charged twice for the same consultation or service due to a technical error on our part, we will refund the duplicate payment. You must provide proof of the duplicate transaction.
Consultation Cancellation by Doctor: If a doctor cancels a confirmed consultation without providing reasonable notice, a full refund will be issued.
Service Unavailability: If, due to a technical fault on our end, we are completely unable to provide the service you have paid for, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances: In extremely rare and exceptional circumstances, such as a documented medical emergency preventing you from using the service, we may consider a refund request. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require substantial documentation.
3. Refund Request Process

 

To request a refund, you must contact us within 5 working days of the transaction date, providing the following information:

The date of the transaction.
The service for which you are requesting a refund.
A clear and detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
